Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)® Training

The 3-day Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)® Training is designed based on the standard framework from Project Management Institute (PMI). The training course provides the vital knowledge and skill in portfolio management to achieve the strategic objectives.

Portfolio management is a component collection of projects, programs, operations and other activities that are properly allocated to achieve the highest efficiency in organizational strategies and objectives with the limited resources in finance, time, human or equipment, etc. The portfolio managers need to determine the priority for each project or activity and the appropriate investment.
