Gamze Karayaz, Ph.D., PMP® has over 25 years of project work experience, she has lead many projects in education, operation, business process re-engineering, systems of systems engineering, modeling, and simulation.
Gamze Karayaz, Ph.D., PMP® has a Ph.D. of Philosophy, Engineering Management and Systems Engineering and a Master of Engineering, Operations Research, and Systems Analysis. She has over 25 years of project work experience, she has lead many projects in education, operation, business process re-engineering, systems of systems engineering, modeling, and simulation.
She is one of the founding members of PMI Turkey Chapter, the largest project management NGO of the world, and has been an active volunteer since 2007. In 2015, she continued her leadership program named LIMC (Leadership Institute Master Class), which was selected by PMI Global. She served as Vice President responsible for the Management and Finance of PMI. Currently, she is an instructor at Işık University, Turkey.
Dr. Karayaz conducts her research and publications in the field of project management, conducts various projects with international partners supported by EU funds, teaches project management courses at the university, and volunteers at NGOs.
