Consulting for project schedule management of GEA project in 2014 and 2015 in Singapore and Philippines.
This is a huge project with 3,000+ tasks in 3 phases, estimate $100+ million budget for the brownfield project. The scope of AMC project is to demolish existing facilities and build a new factory including construction, MEP, industrial services systems, process, filling and packing machines.
My scope included schedule planning, monitoring and controlling for the process, filling and packing lines and coordinated with other parts of the project.
