Program Management Professional (PgMP)® is a certification for senior managers in program management with a requirement of more than 8 years of practical experience. It is issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and accredited globally. This certification is for Program Manager - a senior position and someone who manages multiple projects at the same time. Holding the PgMP® is a difference and a breakthrough in one's ability, and a proof of the individual's strong experience in project management, program management and high expertise.

PgMP ONLINE PRO program has an objective of supporting participants to pass PgMP exam on the first try via the live-online training methods. The program lasts more than 2 months, including 08 weeks of content learning, 01 week of classroom activity (review fill gap) and unlimited online support. This is the training program with high level difficulty, maybe the most difficult program of 08 traditional PMI certifications. Therefore, the program requires participants to highly concentrate and invest time to pre-read the materials as well as prepare to study the knowledge.

Prerequisites:

• Participants need to meet the requirements of PMI (48 months of project management experience or PMP and 48 months of program management experience within the last 15 years with a 4-year degree or 48 months of project management experience or PMP and 4 months of program management experience within the last 15 years with a high school diploma or an associate’s degree)
• Good reading and comprehension skills in English
• Participants ought to spend at least 1-2 hours a day to study and prepare for PgMP exam

PgMP Certifying Process Overview: Participants must pass two evaluations to obtain the PgMP certification.

Evaluation 1: Panel Review

The initial evaluation occurs through an extensive application review during which a panel of certified program managers will assess your professional experience based on your responses to the Program Management Experience Summaries provided on the application. This process takes approximately 4 weeks for PMI to complete and reply to the candidates.

Evaluation 2: Multiple-Choice Examination

The next step occurs with the multiple-choice examination in which you will be called upon to demonstrate your competence in both situational and scenario-based questions. The certification exam has 170 multiple-choice questions, and participants have four hours to complete it.
