PMI Professional Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)® is an international certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI) for proving competence in Business Analysis (one of the important topics that contribute to the success of the project). The marketplace reflects this importance, as practitioners increasingly embrace business analysis as a technique for uncovering business needs, managing requirements, and creating effective solutions to business problems.

Inaccurate requirements gathering consistently ranks in the top three causes of project failure yet only half of organizations have the resources in place to perform this function properly, according to PMI’s Pulse of the Profession® research.

The PMI-PBA certification recognizes an individual’s expertise in business analysis, and using these tools and techniques to improve the overall success of projects. PMI-PBA PRO program has an objective of supporting participants to pass PMI-PBA exam on the first try. The program lasts more than 2 months, including 09 weeks of content learning, 01 week of classroom activity (review fill gap) and unlimited online support.
