PPM - Practical Project Management

The course is suitable for participants who are looking for a methodical project management process, or those who are struggling to know where to start a project when they have just been challenged for a new role.

The 2-day training program was designed by Atoha with high practical application, helping participants to have an overview when implementing projects. The training content is based on the international standard project management framework of the Project Management Institute (PMI), compiled to select the appropriate knowledge to apply to the real project execution. Participants are shared 49 project implementation processes, the suitable tools and techniques, as well as some soft skills to achieve the overall goal of the project. The “key” point and evaluation of the project’s success is to satisfy the stakeholders. How to properly and adequately define stakeholders and how to increase stakeholder engagement are also covered in the course.

This is also a good foundation course for participants who want to prepare for the PMP (Project Management Professional)® exam afterward.
