The 2-day Professional Scrum Master (PSM) training program focuses on the core principles, empirical process theory based on the Scrum framework, and emphasizes the role of the Scrum Master. The course uses a combination of trainer-led and activity-based learning where participants work together in teams to get the distilled knowledge in Scrum and Agile. The course is considered as to be essential for the Scrum Master and those who are in charge of coaching the software development team to increase the team's efficiency and effectiveness. The program also includes the radical thinking about the role of servant-leadership and appropriate changes in behavior.

Participants have the opportunity to be challenged to think based on Scrum principles to understand Scrum well before applying it to real work and sharing it with the team. The program is not limited to knowledge in lectures, but with the guidance of the experienced trainer, this will be an opportunity for participants to practice on real projects, discuss, do the exercises, and solve the situations team encounters.

The PSM course is essential for individuals who are involved in developing software based on the Scrum framework, especially for those who hold the roles such as Scrum Master, manager, and Scrum Team members.

Certification: All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master course receive a password to take the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment. You are also entitled to a discount on the PSM II and PSM III assessment once passing PSM I. To pass the PSM I assessment, participants need to meet a minimum passing score of 85%.

PDU: Participants are able to claim 14 PDUs credit for Project Management Institute (PMI) after attending a two-day Professional Scrum Master (PSM) course. Please note that PMI PDUs are earned for course attendance and not for passing a Scrum.org assessment. Participants can claim PDUs under PMI's "Education courses provided by other third-party providers” category. You can claim your PDUs online at https://ccrs.pmi.org.
