The Practical Product Owner program introduces to participants the core knowledge and common concepts of Scrum, Scrum Team roles, Scrum frameworks, and operating principles of Scrum, with particular emphasis on the role of the Product Owner. In addition, the course is especially suitable for individuals who are interested in the position of Product Owner, this is the basic course that needs to be attended.
