Risk Management Professional
The risk project management is designed for 3-day training course to provide effective project risk management, involving the knowledge areas and process groups as described in the PMI framework and mentioned in the PMBOK Guide. The course equips knowledge and method on Project Risk Management of PMI through a combination of theoretical assessment and practical projects.
