Training Outline 14-Week PMP Exam Preparation Program

To pass the PMP® exam with a maximum score on the first try, participants need to spend 400-800 hours reading documents, learning knowledge, and practicing tests. On average, it will take 6 months to 1 year for self-study, depending on English reading ability, project management experience according to PMI standards, and learning ability of each participant.

To study effectively, participants should self-study 2-3 hours/day to keep up with progress, according to the following instructions:
Before class: Participants read PMP2023 and references listed in Outline.
After every session: Participants do the exercises corresponding to each session on SEW Online Test System.
