I. GHI NHẬN QUỐC TẾ & THÀNH TỰU CHUYÊN MÔN

1. Được Chính phủ Hoa Kỳ công nhận là cá nhân có năng lực xuất chúng trong lĩnh vực quản lý dự án, chương trình và danh mục thông qua việc Sở Di trú và Nhập tịch Hoa Kỳ phê duyệt hồ sơ EB-1A.

2. Người Việt Nam đầu tiên nhận PMI Young Professional Award năm 2020, hiện được đổi tên thành PMI Rising Leader Award, đồng thời là cá nhân Việt Nam đầu tiên nhận PMI Professional Award kể từ khi PMI được thành lập vào năm 1969. Là một trong chỉ chín cá nhân trên toàn thế giới được vinh danh tại các hạng mục giải thưởng cá nhân thuộc chương trình PMI Professional Awards năm 2020.

3. Người Việt Nam đầu tiên và, tính đến tháng 9/2026, là người Việt Nam duy nhất tốt nghiệp PMI Leadership Institute Master Class (LIMC). Được lựa chọn là một trong chỉ 35 lãnh đạo tình nguyện PMI trên toàn thế giới tham gia khóa LIMC năm 2016 và là đại diện duy nhất đến từ châu Á trong khóa học. Sau khi hoàn thành chương trình phát triển lãnh đạo kéo dài một năm, đã tốt nghiệp và nhận chứng nhận LIMC tại PMI Leadership Institute Meeting 2016 - North America ở San Diego, California, Hoa Kỳ.

4. IV. TÁC ĐỘNG TRONG ĐÀO TẠO, TƯ VẤN & PHÁT TRIỂN CHUYÊN MÔN

1. Gần hai thập kỷ kinh nghiệm chuyên môn trong quản lý dự án, chương trình và danh mục, bao gồm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại Unilever và Nestlé.

2. Tư vấn quản lý tiến độ dự án cho GEA trong một dự án lớn có giá trị hơn 100 triệu USD và lịch tiến độ gồm hơn 3.000 công việc tại Singapore và Philippines từ năm 2014 đến năm 2015.

3. Nhà sáng lập và CEO của Atoha Institute từ năm 2015, dẫn dắt Atoha phát triển trở thành PMI ATP (Authorized Training Partner - Đối tác Đào tạo Ủy quyền) cấp độ Premier. I. INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION & PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS

1. Recognized by the U.S. Government as an individual of extraordinary ability in project, program, and portfolio management through the approval of his EB-1A petition by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

2. The first Vietnamese recipient of the 2020 PMI Young Professional Award, now known as the PMI Rising Leader Award, and the first Vietnamese individual to receive a PMI Professional Award since PMI was founded in 1969.
