Mẫu mô tả dự án trong hồ sơ PMP®
Trong khai báo hồ sơ thi PMP® thì đáng chú ý nhất và khó nhất cho ứng viên là việc mô tả các dự án đã thực hiện. Dưới đây là một số câu mẫu để khai báo trong hồ sơ PMP®.
Trong khai báo hồ sơ thi PMP® thì đáng chú ý nhất là việc mô tả các dự án đã thực hiện:
- Cần phải có kinh nghiệm ở 5 domains (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing) đối với tổng các dự án. Nghĩa là đối với 1 dự án thì không cần phải có đủ kinh nghiệm ở 5 domains, nhưng tính tổng tất cả các dự án trong hồ sơ thì phải có kinh nghiệm ở 5 domains.
- Nếu bạn khai báo có kinh nghiệm ở 4 domains trong 1 dự án AAA thì trong phần mô tả dự án này bạn cần thể hiện đầy đủ, không thừa không thiếu 4 domains này.
- Miêu tả dự án trong tối thiểu 200 từ và tối đa 500 từ [tuân theo cập nhật mới nhất từ PMI từ cuối 06/2020 - thay vì trước đây là tối đa 550 ký tự]
- Mô tả dự án cần có:

Đầu ra dự án (outcome)
Vai trò của bạn trong dự án là gì? (your role on the project)
Trách nhiệm của bạn trong dự án? (your responsibilities)
Giao phẩm của dự án (deliverables)
